Return policy and conditions for refunds and exchanges
Our return policy allows customers to make returns within 60 days from the day they receive their order. Please note that certain products are not eligible for returns. Additionally, returns are only accepted for orders with a delivery destination within the USA and PR. For more details regarding our return policy, we kindly invite you to carefully read the following points.
How to Return an Item from Your Order
Hey there!
Need to return an item? No problem! Just follow these simple steps:
- Find Your Order Number: You can find it on the packing list that came with your order.
- Visit Our Returns Portal: Click on this link. (https://curveez.returnlogic.com/)
- Enter Your Details: Enter the email address you used to place your order and the order number from your packing slip.
Follow the instructions in the portal to complete your return request.

Once we receive your products and process your request, we'll make sure to refund you as soon as possible!
Depending on the payment method you used, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement. We'll credit the original cost of the returned item back to the card you used during the transaction.
If you requested an exchange, we'll send your new order via standard shipping, so keep an eye out for it.
Please note that we only refund the cost of the product and not the original shipping, cost for the return label, and handling fees.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges under certain conditions. To make sure that your return is processed without any issues, please follow the guidelines below:
- The products you're returning should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and liners attached.
- Please make sure that there are no stains or animal hair on the items you're returning.
We kindly ask that you keep the following points in mind:
1. While trying on your purchase for the first time, please wear underwear to help keep the products in their original condition.
2. You have 72 hours from the day and time you received your order to inspect the products and ensure that they have been delivered in perfect condition. If you find any damage to the fabric, please let us know right away by emailing us at customerservice@curveez.com. If you return the product for a refund or exchange and we find that the product is damaged, we won't be able to accept the return, and it will be canceled without any further action.
3. Return Labels
We only cover the cost of return labels in the following cases:
A. We received an email from you at customerservice@curveez.com stating that the product you received is damaged. Our customer service team will investigate the issue before sending you a return label.
B. You notified us via email at customerservice@curveez.com that you received a product that was not part of your original order. In such cases, our customer service team will investigate the issue and send you a return label.
4. We're sorry, but we're unable to accept returns from international customers.
5. We're happy to accept returns for Curveez items purchased only from our site, www.curveez.com.
